Anglo-American Limousines shall do their utmost to supply vehicles at the time and place requested Anglo-American Limousines cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond their control, such as weather, mechanical failure, traffic jams, motor accidents, fires, illness, roadside stops or inspections(by authorities) previous customer delays(up to one hour grace period)etc, or consequential loss arising there from. Anglo-American Limousines reserves the right to supply the hirer with a similar vehicle or vehicles equalling the same seating capacity in the unlikely eventuality that the pre-booked vehicle is unable to work. We hold zero responsibility for any pre organised events due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any damage caused to the vehicles by the occupants (by incitement to third party), whilst on hire is the responsibility of the hirer named overleaf and the occupants. The hirer will agree to pay to the company a fixed daily rate (determined by the company), whilst the vehicle is out of commission for such repair. Glassware loss or breakage will be charged at £5.00 per glass
3. Food and Drink
Food and drink may not be bought in to the vehicles unless express written permission has been given by Anglo-American Limousines. If excessive cleaning is needed due to the vehicle being left in an unreasonable state by the hirer(s), a cleaning charge of £100.00 will be levied. (for details please contact the office).
Smoking is not permitted. Recreational Drugs not permitted within any of the vehicles. Failure to comply with will result in immediate termination of the hire agreement. During a journey a five-minute “Smoke Break” can be arranged with the Chauffeur.
5. Lost and Found Property
Whilst every care shall be taken to ensure that property left in the vehicle by the hirer is safe, valuables left in the vehicle are done so at the owners risk.
a) A £150 deposit must be returned with this signed agreement, for your booking to be fully confirmed. The balance must be received 14 days before the date of journey or, if paying in cash, at the time of the first pick-up. If you are booking within the 14 day period, the full amount is payable. Please note: for special occasions such as Royal Ascot week, Valentine’s Day, New Years Eve etc., a 50% deposit is required, with the balance paid 14 days before the date of the booking. Please note: due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or traffic conditions, journey duration times may be adversely affected.
b) On journey’s where the vehicle has been booked to stay for the duration, time charged will start at the initial pick up point and cease at the final drop off point. Where a pick up, drop off and return service has been booked, it will be assumed that there is one pick up and drop off point at each end of the journey.
c) Any extra requests for alterations to the booking(s), (i.e. additional pick up and drop off points or change of venue causing extra time to be taken), not made at time of booking, will incur an additional charge of £100 per hour or part thereof and must be paid in cash to the chauffeur at the time such a request is made. Excess drops within a local area are charged at £25 per drop.
d) On the Excursion or Party Bus Limousine excess increases to £100 per hour.
e) When booking a vehicle for the duration, an additional £100.00 charge will be levied once 15 minutes of the following hour has expired outside the original booking times. This also applies to every hour thereafter.
f) Payments by credit card will incur a 5% surcharge.
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled within one month prior 50% total amount payable, within Two weeks full amount payable. Anglo-American Limousines can assist the hirer (without prejudice) in attempting to re-book the vehicle(s) by referring them to another carrier. If successful, the hirer’s liability for payment of the balance due shall be waived.
